Chelsea started their 2016/17 campaign with a victory against West Ham at Stamford Bridge last night, although they left it late to score the winning goal. Eden Hazard opened the scoring in the 47th minute after converting a penalty, but 30 minutes later the Hammers equalized thanks to a strike by James Collins. Diego Costa found the back of the net in the 89th minute, which gave Chelsea their first three points of the new season.
